Another highlight of my trip to Brattleboro, VT was the dinner hosted by Brian and Tuk. Brian is originally from Kansas, but has lived in Japan and Thailand. Brian's wife, Tuk, is Thai. Aside from being a new business owner, Tuk is a phenomenal cook. Brian and Tuk invited the MAT 25s for dinner while I was there. Of course there were only 5 MAT 25s but no matter...the food was DeliCoUs! See below for more pics of the dinner.
One regret was that I did not take pics of Brian and Tuk's home. They've done such a good job on the renovations...it's a place I'd want to live.
