A couple of weekends ago, I participated in my 5th half marathon. Before you think I'm some sort of athlete, let me correct you now. I am not. I am s.l.o.w. People walk faster than I run. I can't even run the whole thing. I mainly do these half marathons because it's a good excuse to take a short vacation. For this marathon we crossed the water and headed to Pt. Angeles for the North Olympic Discovery Marathon. A great vacation. Along with me was BFF Susan who also did the half marathon. Here's my obligatory self potrait shot from the ferry deck.
