The Visiting Peacock

Who knew that you could find peacocks roaming Oahu? Well, the peacocks have been around before but this is the first time Sheri got a snapshot of one and not only that, this peacock is sitting on the lanai railing.

The Peacock and Nori

So apparently one of the dogs went bonkers when she saw the peacock sitting on the 2nd floor railing. Of course the other dog did nothing as she is blind. But that's neither here nor there. Here's Nori staring up at the peacock.

Safety Vest

When my mother was in town we did a little shopping at Daiso, a Japanese discount store in Alderwood Mall. I found the perfect souvenir for my brother and sister-in-law's black lab...a safety vest. Now all the cars will stop for her.

Newbills Host a Party

Gary and Karen were so generous and hosted a dinner for me. It was great timing since my mom was in town for another reception. Here she is with a former student, Chikano.
